This policy explains what personal data IVI Cryptos collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
IVI Cryptos operates this website and the IVI Cryptos mobile application. For any privacy request, the single contact address is BusinessWorld.com@proton.me.
2. Data we collect
Account data (email address, password hash, display name); usage data (pages viewed, features used, device and app version); technical data (IP address, browser type); billing references when you subscribe; and any content you voluntarily post in the community feed. We never collect or store payment card numbers.
3. Why we process your data
To create and secure your account; to deliver signals and notifications you asked for; to process subscriptions and issue invoices; to prevent fraud and abuse; to measure audience with consented analytics; and to display advertising where you have consented.
4. Legal bases
Performance of a contract (providing the service), legitimate interest (security, service improvement), legal obligation (accounting and tax records), and consent (analytics, advertising and marketing communications). Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Sharing and processors
We share data only with processors needed to run the service: cloud hosting and database providers, push-notification providers, payment providers, and Telegram where you choose to link your account. Processors act on our instructions under written agreements. We never sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate technical safeguards.
7. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months afterwards. Invoices and accounting records are retained for the statutory period (generally 10 years). Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to BusinessWorld.com@proton.me and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, HSTS, secure and http-only cookies, hashed passwords, least-privilege database access, row-level authorisation and encrypted storage of secrets. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to industry standards and review our posture regularly.
10. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete such data if identified.
11. Advertising
This site may display advertising through Google AdSense. Advertising cookies are only set after you consent. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie preferences link in the footer.
12. Governing law
This policy is governed by the rules and jurisdiction of the ICC Geneva Court, Switzerland.
