These terms govern your use of the IVI Cryptos website and mobile application. By using the service you accept them in full.
1. The service
IVI Cryptos provides informational cryptocurrency trading signals generated by technical analysis and an AI validation layer, together with related community and assistant features. The app is free to download; some features require a paid subscription.
2. No financial advice
Nothing in the service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Signals are informational. You alone decide whether to act on them and you alone bear the outcome. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian or portfolio manager.
3. Risk warning
Trading cryptocurrencies carries a strong risk of total loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose 100% of your invested capital. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secret, and for all activity under your account.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Subscription prices, trial durations and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Store purchases are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Payments taken on this website use a hosted, PCI-DSS compliant checkout; we never store card data. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Refunds
Store purchases follow Apple's and Google's refund policies. For payments taken on this website, contact BusinessWorld.com@proton.me; statutory withdrawal rights apply where the law grants them.
7. Acceptable use
You may not resell or redistribute signals, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, attempt to bypass access controls, upload unlawful or abusive content, or use the service for market manipulation or any illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
8. Community content
You keep ownership of what you post but grant us a licence to host and display it within the service. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.
9. Third-party services
The service integrates third parties including Telegram, wallet providers via WalletConnect, exchanges and payment providers. Their terms apply to their services and we are not responsible for them.
10. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream data outages and force-majeure events may interrupt signal delivery.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by, and any dispute is settled under, the rules and jurisdiction of the ICC Geneva Court, Switzerland.
